Refund & Return Policy

At Canna Cabana, we stand behind every product we sell. This policy outlines what we can and cannot do when it comes to returns, exchanges, and refunds — and how to get help if something goes wrong with your purchase.


Cannabis Products

Under the Cannabis Act and provincial regulations governing licensed cannabis retail in Canada, cannabis products cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. This applies to all cannabis formats including dried flower, pre-rolls, edibles, beverages, vapes, concentrates, oils, capsules, and topicals.

This is not a Canna Cabana policy — it is a legal requirement that applies to all licensed cannabis retailers across Canada.


Defective or Incorrect Products

While we take great care to ensure every order is accurate and every product leaves our shelves in proper condition, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. If you believe you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact the Canna Cabana location where you made your purchase as soon as possible.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please bring your original receipt or proof of purchase, the product in its original packaging, and a description of the issue you experienced.

Our team will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a fair resolution. We cannot guarantee a refund or exchange but we will always do our best to make it right.

For online orders, please contact us directly at sales@cannacabanashop.ca with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos where possible as this helps us resolve things faster.


Accessories & Non-Cannabis Products

Accessories purchased at Canna Cabana — including vaporizers, bongs, grinders, papers, batteries, and other non-cannabis items — may be eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions.

The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.

Defective accessories may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please contact the store where you made your purchase or email us at sales@cannacabanashop.ca to begin the process.


Online Orders

If you placed an order online for in-store pickup and there is an issue with your order, please do not leave the store without speaking to a team member. Our staff can address most issues at the point of pickup.

If you have already left the store and have a concern about your online order, contact us at sales@cannacabanashop.ca with your order number and details of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.


Refunds

Approved refunds for eligible accessory returns will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Store credit, where offered, will be applied to your Cabana Club account or issued as an in-store credit at the discretion of the store manager.

We do not offer cash refunds on debit or credit card purchases. Refunds will always be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


Exchanges

Eligible accessory exchanges are processed in store. Please bring your item, original packaging, and proof of purchase to any Canna Cabana location. Exchanges are subject to product availability at that location.


Gifts & Third-Party Purchases

If you received a Canna Cabana product as a gift, the same policies apply. We are unable to process returns or exchanges without proof of purchase and we cannot look up transactions made by another customer on your behalf.
